Purpose

The Goals functionality will capture the individual / family goals and the prioritization or sequencing of those goals based on professional advice from Alberta Supports staff and other partners.

Procedures

Anchor Point: Goals tab in Common Outcome Plan

1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Goals tab from the Navigation Bar
2. From the List Action Menu select Delete
   
   
3. Select Yes
   
   
   
   Notes:

• ONLY supervisors have the authority to delete a Goal
• A goal should only be deleted if entered on the individual’s outcome plan in error
• A goal can only be deleted if it was not identified as a priority (error message will appear)
• A goal can only be deleted if there are no actions associated to it
• Once deleted the goal will be removed from the Goals list and is not retrievable
