Purpose

The Goals functionality will capture the individual/family goals and the prioritization or sequencing of those goals based on professional advice from Alberta Supports staff and other partners.

Procedures

Anchor Point: Goals tab in Common Outcome Plan

1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Goals tab from the Navigation Bar
2. Goals that have already been entered will show in the Goals list
