Purpose

The Goals functionality will capture the individual / family goals and the prioritization or sequencing of those goals based on professional advice from Alberta Supports staff and other partners.

Procedures

Anchor Point: Goals tab in Common Outcome Plan

1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Goals tab from the Navigation Bar
2. Click on the Goal hyperlink to view its details
   
   

The Goal home page is shown and the following can be viewed:

• Home tab shows Progress Details and Activities in a Calendar
• Progress tab shows the history the Goal progress
• Actions tab shows the list of actions associated to the Goal
• Priority tab shows the history of the Goal marked / unmarked as a priority
