Purpose

The Vision functionality will capture the individual / family long term vision to support them to achieve successes through outcome planning.

Procedures

Anchor Point: Vision tab in Common Outcome Plan

1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Vision tab from the Navigation Bar
2. From the List Action Menu select Delete
   
   
3. Select Yes to delete a Vision
   
   
   
   Notes:

• The Vision will no longer appear in the Vision list and is not retrievable
• ONLY Supervisors have the authority to delete a vision
• A Vision should only be deleted if entered on the individual’s outcome plan in error.  Any changes or edits should follow procedure for Complete a Vision (Edit a Vision).
