Purpose

The Goals functionality will capture the individual / family goals and the prioritization or sequencing of those goals based on professional advice from Alberta Supports staff and other partners.

Procedures

Method One: Menu option Set Priority Goals from Common Outcome Plan 

Anchor Point: Common Outcome Plan

1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page click on the Menu icon 
2. Select Set Priority Goals
   
   
3. Check (or uncheck) the boxes for the Goals that should have their priority updated 
4. Enter a Reason for changing the priorities (if applicable)
   
   

   Notes: 

   • Multiple Goals can be updated with this method
   • Goals can also be unchecked as required
   • Only Goals checked will be set as priority
   • Goals set as priority show a green indicator  on the Goals list
5. Select Save
   

Method Two: Priority check box from Edit Goal 

1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Goals tab from the Navigation Bar
2. From the List Action Menu select Edit
   
   
3. Modify the Goal priority as required
4. Select Save
   Note:

• This method allows one Goal to be updated at a time
• Goals set as priority show a green indicator  on the Goals list
