Purpose

The Goals functionality will capture the individual / family goals and the prioritization or sequencing of those goals based on professional advice from Alberta Supports staff and other partners.

Procedures

Anchor Point: Goals tab in Common Outcome Plan

1. Select the line action menu for the goal you want to edit
2. Select Edit
   
   
3. A modal opens 
4. Edit the fields you need to edit
   1. Category
   2. Client
   3. Goal
   4. Priority
   5. Planning Applicable
5. Select Save
   
   
6. The edited values will appear in the Goal list page
