12.7 Supervisor - Delete Contact Log

Purpose

Contact Logs are where all notes regarding an individual are recorded in Mobius.  The Contact Log is located in one location in Mobius, so all information will be easy to locate.  The Contact Log also provides for a more consistent way of recording information that allows for searching and sorting of records. 

Procedures

Method One: Contact Log in Common Outcome Plan

Anchor Point: Contact Log tab in Common Outcome Plan

  1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Contact Log tab from the Navigation Bar
  2. Select the List Actions Menu
  3. Select Delete

  4. Select Yes



    Notes:
      • ONLY supervisors have the authority to delete a Contact Log entry
      • A contact log should only be deleted if entered on the individual’s outcome plan in error
      • The Contact Log entry will no longer appear in the Contact Log list and is not retrievable


Method Two: Contact Log in CCISD Case Page

Anchor Point: Contact Log tab in CCISD Case Page

  1. From the individual / family CCISD Case Page, select the Contact Log tab from the Navigation Bar
  2. Select the List Actions Menu
  3. Select Delete

  4. Follow same instruction as per Method One in this document
