5.21 Services-Edit

Procedures
Anchor Point: Activities tab in Common Outcome Plan
  1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Activities tab from the Navigation Bar
  2. Select Services sub tab
  3. Select the list action menu
  4. Select Edit
  5. A modal will open to edit the service


 

  1. All fields are editable and follow the same functionality as creating a service does
