6.3 View and Edit Team Member
Purpose
Collaboration is an important part of being person centered. All the supports involved in an Individual’s life create a network that plays a part in supporting the Individual. Some of the Network is contacts of the Individual, and some are contacts that Alberta Supports would work with in a Multi-Disciplinary capacity, directly supporting the Individual. These members will receive notifications if selected under any Sharing section.
Procedure
Anchor Point: Support Network Current Members list in the Common Outcome Plan
- Select the toggle arrow next to the Member’s name you want to view
- Verify contact information is correct
- If contact information is not correct, select the line action menu corresponding to the Team Member you need to edit
- Select Edit and a modal will open
Note: If Other is selected under Role, or Other or Community Agency is selected under Agency, the description box must be completed with the particulars of that field (i.e. Other-Nurse at Alberta Hospital) - Change or add any information as applicable (all information in the modal can be edited)
- Select Save
- The edited information will appear under the toggle of that Member
FOIP Rule: Ensure Support Network members with real emails are entered correctly to avoid inadvertently sending notifications to the incorrect users
