Client Responsibilities
Individuals utilizing Career Employment Information Services are to:
- Substantiate their circumstances, needs and resources if required by policy.
- Inform the department of any changes that affect eligibility.
Individuals forfeit CEIS programs and services when they:
- Intentionally mislead the department or
- Provide false information or
- Fail to actively participate in available programs and service
