An Individual may be denied Career and Employment Information Services (CEIS) or have their involvement in CEIS canceled if:

• The individual fails to meet eligibility or
• The individual fails to actively participate in programs and/or services
  
  

Whenever eligibility or a program or service is denied and a Review of Decision process exists, the Authorized Official must advise the individual of their right to a review of the decision.

NOTE: Notification of an individual’s right to a review of decision may be written or verbal. Documentation of this notification is recorded on the individual’s file.
