12.3 Supervisor - Delete Needs Identification (NI)

Procedures

Anchor Point: Needs Identification tab in Common Outcome Plan

  1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Needs Identification tab from the Navigation Bar
  2. Select the List Action Menu
  3. From the List Action Menu select Delete

  4. Select Yes



    Notes:
      • ONLY supervisors have the authority to delete a NI
      • A NI should only be deleted if entered on the individual’s outcome plan in error
      • Once deleted the NI will be removed from the NI list and is not retrievable
      • If the assessment (CHA or NI) being deleted is the most recent one, the Chosen Pathway will revert back to the CHA/NI, whichever was completed last
