12.2 Supervisor - Bulk Transfer Cases

Procedures

Anchor Point: My Users tab from My Users Shortcuts menu

  1. Select the worker’s hyperlink



    Note: The system will present the list of cases currently assigned to that worker
  2. Select the Cases tab
  3. Select the Reassign Cases button



    Note: The system will present a screen where you can choose which cases should be transferred to which workers
  4. Click on the magnifying glass icon to search for the new owner



    Note: The system will present a screen where you can search for the new owner
  5. Enter First Name or Last Name (or both) of the new owner
  6. Select Search
    Note: The system will present a list of users that meet the search criteria
  7. Click on Select beside the name of the new owner

  8. Select Case name: Outcome Plan check box (Integrated cases and other Alberta Works case types will not appear as a selection)
  9. Select Search
  10. Select the cases you want to transfer
  11. Select Save



    Note: The cases chosen will appear under the new owner
