Mobius ICM User Guide

Details

14.8 Details-Delete

Purpose
To align with the philosophy of ‘gather once; use multiple times’, the details tab was created on the person record. Any information collected regarding an individual/family circumstances goes under this tab within the appropriate navigation sections.

Procedures
Anchor Point: Details tab on Person Record

  1. Select the Domain tab you want to edit from the left navigation panel

    Note:
    • In progress entries are ‘in edit’ and cannot be deleted. If an in progress entry has incorrect information, edit the information
    • Completed entries are permanent entries and can be deleted if entered on the incorrect file

  2. Select the line action menu of the entry to delete
  3. Select Delete (Detail entries do not need a supervisor to delete)

  1. A confirmation message will ask ‘are sure you want to delete’
  2. Select yes and the entry will no longer appear in the list for that domain
