Mobius ICM User Guide

14.7 Details-Edit

Purpose
To align with the philosophy of ‘gather once; use multiple times’, the details tab was created on the person record. Any information collected regarding an individual/family circumstances goes under this tab within the appropriate navigation sections.

Step by Step
Anchor Point: Details tab on Person Record

  1. Select the Domain tab you want to edit from the left navigation panel
  2. Only records left ‘in progress’ can be edited
  3. Select the line action menu
  4. Select edit

  1. A modal opens with all the information already entered. Edit what needs to be edited
  2. Select Save & Exit to leave record in progress
  3. Select Finish to make information part of permanent record (best practice to make information part of the permanent record for history)

    Note:
      • If you Finish a record and gather more information under the same tab, start a new entry. The information already entered copies forward so you can add to it if it is still relevant.
