Transferring Needs Identification (NI) Information to Details Tab

An Alberta Supports Coordinator (ASC) will most likely have done an NI before the next staff touches the file. It is important that the ASC complete the NI as reports are taken from the NIs completed. ASC also have a time constraint at the front end so any information they gather will only be in the NI and not the Details tab where other information is gathered. There will be some information gathered at NI that will be important for further work with the Individual and that answers particular questions in the Details tab. It will be the responsibility of whichever staff touches the file next to transcribe the pertinent information from the NI to the Details tab questions.
