Refer a Plan Item
A Product Provider Referral is done to ensure that the Product Provider has been connected to the appropriate plan item.
In order to make a referral, the service or program must be active in the Programs and Services Catalogue.
Designated user roles are responsible for entering information into the Programs and Services Catalogue. The following items are entered prior to referrals being made:
- Product Provider is registered.
- Plan items are linked to the Product Provider.
- A Program, Service or Session is created for the Product Provider and associated with the Plan Item.
- The Program, Service or Session is activated.
- Allocations and seats must be assigned or the individual will be waitlisted.
