Online Claims System

The Ministry of Children's Services has introduced an online claims system. This system allows licensed and approved child care programs to submit their monthly claim online for all subsidy and accreditation related funding. Payment summary statements will continue to be mailed to programs.

Login Information

Each program must ensure a staff member is made responsible for entering the monthly claim form into the new online system. This individual must first complete the Child Care Claims Login Request Form to be given a username and password for the system.

To remove and add a claim submitter for a program, the program licence holder or designate will need to complete the Child Care Claims Login Request Form.
