Online Claims System

The Online Child Care Claims System (C3P) allows licensed and approved child care programs to submit their monthly claim online for all subsidy and accreditation related funding.

Each program must ensure a staff member is made responsible for entering the monthly claim form into the online system. This individual must first complete the Child Care Claims Login Request Form (Revised January 2018) to be given a username and password for the system.

To remove and add a claim submitter for a program, the program license holder or designate will need to complete the Child Care Claims Login Request Form.

If you need to adjust information on your claim after submitting, fill out a Program Adjustment Form and send it into the claims unit with the updated information.
