Human Services Public Agencies Disclosure

Public sector bodies are now required to post online the names and compensation paid to:

  • all board members
  • employees who earn over $126,375

This is a requirement under the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act, which applies to:

Public sector bodies are required to make remuneration disclosure for the 2016 calendar year and to be made public by June 30, 2017.

Nil Reports:
Any agency that does not have appointments, or is inoperative, is disclosed with a NIL Report.

The following Human Services agencies have disclosed NIL Reports:

The Appeal Panels administered by the Ministry of Community and Social Services (formerly known as the Human Services Appeal Panels) include the following six panels:

  • Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH) Appeal Panel;
  • Child Care Licensing (CCL) Appeal Panel;
  • Child, Youth and Family Enhancement (CYFE) Appeal Panel;
  • Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) Appeal Committee;
  • Income and Employment Supports (IES) Appeal Panel; and
  • Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) Appeal Panel.
