In the Premier's Council on the Status of Persons with Disabilities Act (1988), Section 7, it states that:

(1) Before September 30 in each year, the Council shall submit to the Premier an annual report consisting of a general summary of its activities during the past fiscal year.

(2) On receiving a report under subsection (1), the Premier shall lay a copy of it before the Legislative Assembly if it is then sitting or, if it is not then sitting, within 15 days after the commencement of the next sitting.

The Annual Report is published by the Premier's Council on the Status of Persons with Disabilities and is intended to report on the issues and activities of the Council.

The annual report is available in alternate formats upon request by contacting the Premier's Council on the Status of Persons with Disabilities office at 780‑422‑1095.
