Albertans can call the Income Support Contact Centre 24-hours-a-day throughout the year to get help in an emergency with basic needs like shelter, food, clothing and transportation.

If you’re being bullied or know someone who may need help with bullying, you can speak to someone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Help is provided in more than 170 languages.

If you suspect a child is being neglected or abused, call the Child Abuse Hotline 24 hours a day, or get contact information for your local Child and Family Services office by dialing 310-0000 during business hours.

Fraud Investigation Unit
If you suspect a person is misusing funds or benefits issued by the AISH or Income Support programs and would like to report it, you can contact the Investigation Unit.
