myAlbertaSupports Help

myAlbertaSupports is your connection to services and benefits offered by the Government of Alberta, including supports for work or training, low income, disabilities, personal safety, homelessness and more.

Important Notice: You need a MyAlberta Digital ID (MADI) to save your Find Supports answers and results, apply online for benefits and services or access saved information. If you saved your information through a SIAMs account, you need to transfer it to a MADI account. If you do not have a MADI account, please set one up using these instructions. If you already have a MADI account, please enter your MADI username and password. When asked if you have a SIAMS account, choose YES to transfer your SIAMs account and saved myAlbertaSupports information. Click “sign in” to proceed. If you need assistance, contact the MADI help desk at 1-844-643-2789.

From the home page, you can:

  • Find Supports – answer questions to find Government of Alberta services and benefits that may help you and your family
  • Apply Online – start your online application for some services and benefits
  • Log in – log in or create an account. Creating an account lets you save your Find Supports and application answers
  • Learn how to use myAlbertaSupports – find out how the Find Supports and Apply Online processes work

For help using myAlbertaSupports, click on a topic from the menu on the left.  If you need more help, you can:

  • Watch the help video to learn how to:
    • use the online tool
    • find services and benefits
    • apply online for benefits and services
  • Call 1-877-644-9992 (toll-free) or 780-644-9992 (Edmonton area)
  • Come in to an Alberta Supports Centre
