11 Service Plan

Cancel a Referral

Consult appropriate business process prior to cancelling a referral.

Anchor Point: Service Plan Home Page

  1. From the Plan Content Tab in the Navigation Bar, Toggle to display details of the Sub-Goal.
  2. Select the Plan Items Tab.
  3. Select the Plan Item.
  4. From the Details Section, select Referral Details link.
  5. Select Cancel Referral. Mobius will navigate to the cancel referral screen and the current status will display as Cancelled.
