09 Integrated Case

Introduction

The Integrated Case is used to record all products and services for individuals. The purpose of the Integrated Case is to consolidate case information for an individual or individuals who are related to each other (e.g. members of the same household or family unit). An Integrated Case can be opened or closed. An open Integrated Case can be worked on; a closed Integrated Case is view only.

Note
This section only deals with the Integrated Case. For information on the CCISD Case please see the Common Intake section.

Primary Client
Refers to the main person involved in the Integrated Case and is the individual receiving the services (e.g. the individual who has the Service Plan).

Member
An individual involved with the Primary Client as a member of the household unit. They may or may not be receiving services, but are recorded to establish the household composition.
