01 Getting Started

Sensitivity

Sensitivity is a security feature that allows for a higher level of security for select information and is established by the user. There are five levels of sensitivity:

Level 1
Any Mobius user has access to the data

Level 2
External providers (can view data at levels 1 or 2)

Level 3
Internal staff (can view data at levels 1, 2, and 3)

Level 4
Supervisors and managers of delivery staff (can view data at levels 1, 2, 3, and 4)

Level 5
Mobius Manager, Regional Directors, ADMs and DMs or designates (can view data at levels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5)

The default in the sensitivity drop down is “1”. Changing the sensitivity level is not recommended as it may impact other users. A user cannot set a sensitivity level which is greater than has been assigned to that user.

Changing Sensitivity Levels

Three circumstances may warrant a change in sensitivity levels:

  • Individual or their family member works for the Ministry or a Training Provider
  • Individual Request
  • Individual escaping abuse/family violence

Best Practice – leave the sensitivity level defaulted at “1”.
