Correspondence

E22. Reprinting Correspondence

Correspondence can be created/initiated in numerous place in Mobius (e.g. from the Product Provider Home Page, the Person Home Page, the Product Delivery Case, etc.). A listing of all correspondence sent to a Learner or a Product Provider will be stored in Mobius under Communications on the Registration Home Page. All users with view access can reprint a letter to their local printer. For example, externals are able to view and therefore can reprint learner correspondence. However, externals will not be able to view Product Provider correspondence. Therefore if the Product Provider requires a reprint of a letter that’s already been mailed, they will have to contact a Human Services staff member to request a copy.

The following outlines the process for reprinting correspondence that has already been sent.

Precondition(s)
Correspondence has been sent to Learner or Product Provider.

Trigger
Learner or Product Provider has requested a copy of correspondence that has already been sent to them.

Employment and Financial Supports Division/External Providers

E22.01
Selects the appropriate correspondence and prints to local printer (to be confirmed).

E22.02
Gives or mails the reprinted correspondence to the requester.

Business Rules/Criteria/Standards

Externals do not have access to Product Provider records in Mobius, so if they need a reprint, they can call/send a task/send an email to Human Services (Student Funding Contact Centre, Learner Income Support Office, Contract Service Coordinator, etc. – to be confirmed) requesting a copy.
