If an individual is not recommended for training, they have the right to request a review the decision. If the training provider is an AFA, the training provider reviews the decision. If the decision was made by Human Services (or by a contracted assessment agency or contracted training provider), Human Services reviews the decision.

In the event that the learner sends the application into Learner Income Support Office (LISO), they will send MS Word Document rejecting because there is no recommendation by an Authorized Official.

Authorized Official will select the plan item “Apply Funding Part-time”.
