Advanced Education Stop Orders are similar to Human Services’ Approval Suspensions and Terminations. The different terms help distinguish between Advanced Education and Human Services programs. Stop Orders can be a temporary measure used to address a non-compliance issue or they can be permanent, for instance, as a result of an abrupt institution closure, or when the licensee has sold the institution that was delivering licensed vocational training. The business processes are also very similar.
