A02. Review/End an Alert

Description

When an Alert has been identified the user reviews it and determines if it still applicable. If no longer applicable, the alert can be ended and removed from the Current Alerts tab.

Details

Pre-condition(s)
An individual is registered in Mobius, and an Alert flag appears in the context panel of the Person information.

Trigger
The Alert information has been reviewed by the Mobius user, who determines the information is no longer applicable and wishes to remove it from the Current Alerts tab.

User reviews the content of the Alert

A02.01.01(a)
User edits the alert to update the comments and add an end date

A02.01.01(b)
The alert will still show on the Previous tab with an end date and a status of active

Business rules/ criteria/standards

When an Alert has been identified the user reviews it and determines if it still applicable. If no longer applicable, the alert can be removed from the Active alerts list in Mobius, and will move to the Previous list.

Note
When an end date is entered for an Alert, the Alert flag will disappear from the context panel of the Person information. The Alert will still appear in the Previous list, but is not considered to be currently active.
