03 Tasks and Notifications

Create a Task

To streamline the process of managing work, tasks can be created from multiple places in Mobius. In addition to creating a Task from the Inbox, each major Home Page within Mobius has a tab that will allow the user to create a task from that area. The Task will be linked back to that area through the Supporting Information link in the task.

Anchor Point: Person Home Page, Employer Home Page, Product Provider Home Page, Integrated Case Home Page, Service Plan Home Page

  1. Select the Tasks Tab.
  2. Select New.
  3. Complete the mandatory and required fields.
  4. Select Save.
