Create a Service Plan from Scratch

Add Plan Items to Sub-Goals

Add Plan Items to Sub-Goals

  1. Select Plan Content Tab.
  2. Select Add Plan Item from the List Action Menu of the Sub-Goal.
  3. Select the Plan Item to be added from the list.
  4. Complete the mandatory and required fields.
  5. Select Save. Plan Item status will display as Not Started.

Mandatory Fields

Concerning
The individual (Primary Client).

Expected Start
Default is the current date, change to match the expected start date of activity.

Expected End
Default is the current date, change to reflect the date the activity is expected to be completed by.

Expected Outcome
Select from the list using magnifying glass.

Required Fields in Add Plan Item

Sensitivity
Defaults to level 1.

Responsibility
If nothing is entered, default will be to the individual.

Owner
If left blank will default to the user logged in.
