14 Product Delivery Case (PDC) or Learner Income Support and Training Benefits Case

Activate a Product Delivery Case

Anchor Point: Learner Income Support and Training Benefits Home Page
  1. Select the User Roles Tab.
  2. The owner listed must be changed to the user who is activating the case.
  3. Select New Owner.
  4. Select the magnifying glass.
  5. Enter the user’s name in the First Name field under the Search Criteria Section.
  6. Select Search.
  7. Select the owner name from the list.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Select New Supervisor.
  10. Select the magnifying glass.
  11. Enter the user’s name in the First Name field under the Search Criteria Section.
  12. Select Search.
  13. Select the supervisor name (same user as the new owner).
  14. Select Save.
  15. Select Home Tab.
  16. From the Page Action Menu, select Submit the Case for Approval.
  17. Select Yes.
  18. From the Page Action Menu, select Activate the Case Online.
  19. Select Yes.

Note
If the Status is Delayed Processing Pending, select the Refresh icon until the status changes to Active.
