14 Product Delivery Case (PDC) or Learner Income Support and Training Benefits Case |

Activate a Product Delivery Case
Anchor Point: Learner Income Support and Training Benefits Home Page
- Select the User Roles Tab.
- The owner listed must be changed to the user who is activating the case.
- Select New Owner.
- Select the magnifying glass.
- Enter the user’s name in the First Name field under the Search Criteria Section.
- Select Search.
- Select the owner name from the list.
- Select Save.
- Select New Supervisor.
- Select the magnifying glass.
- Enter the user’s name in the First Name field under the Search Criteria Section.
- Select Search.
- Select the supervisor name (same user as the new owner).
- Select Save.
- Select Home Tab.
- From the Page Action Menu, select Submit the Case for Approval.
- Select Yes.
- From the Page Action Menu, select Activate the Case Online.
- Select Yes.
Note
If the Status is Delayed Processing Pending, select the Refresh icon until the status changes to Active.
