04 Person Home Page

Register a Person and Create an Integrated Case

Anchor Point: User Home Application Section
  1. Select Person under Searches section of the Shortcuts Panel.
    Note
    You may also use the Search function from the Shortcuts panel in the Workspace Tab.
  2. Enter Search Criteria and select Search.
  3. If a match is found, select the matching record and modify as required.
  4. If no match is found, select Register and Create Integrated Case from the Tab Action Menu.
  5. Complete the mandatoy and required fields.
  6. Select Save.
