03 Tasks and Notifications

Task Redirection

A user can redirect Tasks to a Job, Organizational Unit, Position, User, or Work Queue with a set start and end date. Mobius will send all tasks assigned to the original user during these dates to the user identified.
  • This must be done with future dates;
  • it cannot be backdated.

Anchor Point: Inbox Section

  1. Select Task Preferences from the Tasks Section of the Shortcuts Panel.
  2. Select the Task Redirection Tab. 
  3. Select New Task Redirection.
  4. Complete the mandatory and required fields.
  5. Select Save.

The new redirection instruction will appear under the Active and Pending Redirections list.
