Tasks and Notifications are tools that have been integrated into Mobius to assist users in managing their work and should be checked daily. Tasks and Notifications are managed through the Inbox Section. The Shortcuts Panel lists the functions that are available to manage tasks.

Tasks are electronic requests or a Bring Forward (BF) that are sent to the user to notify them that some action needs to be taken. Tasks can be automatically generated based on events that occur in Mobius or they can be manually generated by users.

Notifications are system generated messages that advise a user when an action has been completed on a record they are associated with. Once they are reviewed, Notifications can be deleted.
