Correspondence is generated and tracked for Individuals and Product Providers. The electronic version of the correspondence is maintained in Mobius Communications screens.

External users do not have access to Product Provider Correspondence as access cannot be restricted to just their own organization. If additional hard copies are required, they can be printed and re-sent by an internal user.

All Microsoft Word letters must be manually printed at a local printer.
