The worker determines if the client is receiving the full Federal Child Benefit amount (maximum NCBS) by reviewing the Canada Child Benefit Notice of Determination or the National Child Benefit Supplement (NCBS) Verification completed by the NCB Help Desk.

Procedures

If the client is receiving the full Federal Child Benefit amount (maximum NCBS) the worker:

1. Records in Mobius Notes that a review of the Federal Child Benefit amount (NCBS entitlement) actually received by the client has been completed and that the client is receiving the full Federal Child Benefit amount (maximum NCBS).
