Part 2 Part-time Training Benefits

Part time Training Benefits Provided, Section 68 Part-time training benefits

  1. The Minister may determine the amount or value of a part time training benefit under section 9 of the Act and the circumstances under which the benefit may be provided to a part time learner member.

  2. Section 56(1) to (3) apply for the purposes of subsection (1).
