Division 3 Learner Household Units, Non-financial Eligibility - Household Unit, Section 35 Assured income for the severely handicapped

A learner household unit is not eligible to receive income support and benefits if an adult member is a recipient of a benefit under the Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped Act.
