Part 1 Income Support and Benefits and Training Benefits

Division 1 Designation of Household Units and Household Members, Section 4 Eligibility

The conditions of eligibility to be designated
  1. for the purpose of section 6(1) of the Act are set out in sections 7, 8 and 9 of this Regulation, and

  2. for the purpose of Part 2, Division 4 of the Act are set out in sections 5 and 6 of this Regulation.
