Schedule 4 Supplementary Income Support

Section 14 Household start up — institution or abuse

A household start up payment may be provided for establishing a principal residence if
  1. the household unit was living in an institution and is moving back into the community, or

  2. the household unit is required to leave its existing principal residence to establish a new principal residence to escape abuse.
