Schedule 4 Supplementary Income Support

Section 2 Handicap

A handicap allowance may be provided to a member of a household unit who
  1. has a severe handicap as defined under the Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped Act, and

  2. is not eligible to receive an old age security benefit under the Old Age Security Act (Canada).
