Part 8 Confidentiality of Information and General Regulations (Sections 49-50)

Section 50 Regulations

The Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations
  1. respecting internal reviews of decisions that are not subject to appeal under Part 7;

  2. respecting the contents and giving of notices for the purposes of this Act;

  3. defining words or expressions to be defined by the regulations and any other word or expression used in this Act that has not been defined in this Act;

  4. respecting forms for the purposes of this Act;

  5. prescribing any matter referred to in this Act as prescribed.
