Division 4 Income Support and Training Benefits Under Intergovernmental Agreements (Section 11)

Section 11 Intergovernmental agreements

  1. In this Division, “intergovernmental agreement” means an agreement between the Minister and the Government of Canada to provide income support and training benefits.

     

  2. The Director may, subject to the regulations and an intergovernmental agreement, provide income support and training benefits to persons eligible in accordance with the regulations and the intergovernmental agreement.
