Cohabiting partner
means the person

- with whom the applicant or recipient is living and who is the spouse of the applicant or recipient,
- with whom the applicant or recipient is living and has entered an adult interdependent partner agreement under the Adult Interdependent Relationships Act, with whom, in the opinion of the Director, the applicant or recipient is living in a relationship of interdependence as defined in the Adult Interdependent Relationships Act,
- with whom the applicant or recipient is living and has a child or has adopted a child, or
- with whom the applicant or recipient has a relationship described in subclause (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) and has a financial interdependency, other than for support as defined in Part 5 of the Act, but does not reside with the applicant or recipient,
