14.5 Details-Health/Safety Summary

Purpose
Maintaining a record of assessments/reports submitted to the Ministry by the individual/family prevents the Ministry asking for something we already have access. By recording assessments/reports on the Health/Safety Summary, anyone who needs it knows it already exists. Obtain a copy of the report for your program’s records from the program/provider that has the original copy rather than asking the individual for it again.

Step by Step
Anchor Point: Details tab on Person Record

Create New

  1. Select the Health/Safety Summary from left Navigation Panel
  2. Select New and a form opens

  1. Complete the fields of the form
  2. Select Save

  1. A listing of the new document will appear in the list page of the Health/Safety Summary tab

View Individual Document Details (entered in the form)

  1. From the list page of Health/Safety Summary tab select the toggle beside desired entry
  2. The details of the document and where staff can get a copy of it open to view

 

 

Note: There may be multiple entries for the same document type as time goes on
