Anchor Point: Outcome Plan Links pod in the Mobius Home screen

1. From Outcome Plan Links pod, select the link Items Past Expected End Date
   
   
   Note: The system will present the tab Items Past Expected End Date
2. Enter the number of days past the target date for the actions that you want to search
3. Select Search
   
   
   Notes:
   
   • This search is based on the target date of the actions you have created
   • Actions with no target date will not be selected
   • The system will perform the search based on the criteria informed and will show the results as a list
     
     
     
4. If you click on the Plan hyperlink, the system will display the Outcome Plan page for the individual
5. If you click on the Item hyperlink, the system will display the Action page
