Anchor Point: Activities tab in Common Outcome Plan

1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Activities tab from the Navigation Bar
   
   
   Notes: 

• If Actions have been entered, they will appear as shown above; otherwise only the headings will appear
• When an Action is linked to a Goal, the Goal description is shown; otherwise the Goal will appear as blank
• Actions can be sorted by clicking on the headings
