Contact Log

3.5 Search

Purpose

Contact Logs are where all non-circumstance notes regarding an individual are recorded in Mobius.   The Contact Log provides for a more consistent way of recording non-circumstance information that allows for searching and sorting of records (e.g. meeting attendance, handing in documents etc.). 

Procedures

Method One: Search Contact Logs in Common Outcome Plan

Anchor Point: Contact Log tab in Common Outcome Plan

  1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Contact Log tab from the Navigation Bar
  2. Select the Search sub-tab 
  3. Enter your search criteria using the drop down lists
  4. Select the Search Button


  5. The system will present a list of Contact Logs (if any meet the search criteria)



    Notes: If you search contact logs by ‘date’, a time must be entered or you will get an error message. It does not matter what ‘time’ you enter


Method Two: Search Contact Logs in CCISD Case

Anchor Point: Contact Log tab in Common Outcome Plan

  1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Contact Log tab from the Navigation Bar
  2. Select the Search sub-tab 
  3. Follow same instruction as per Method One in this document
