Mobius ICM User Guide

Contact Log

Purpose

Contact Logs are where all non-circumstance notes regarding an individual are recorded in Mobius.   The Contact Log provides for a more consistent way of recording non-circumstance information that allows for searching and sorting of records (e.g. meeting attendance, handing in documents etc.). 

Procedures

Method One: View one Contact Log in Common Outcome Plan

Anchor Point: Contact Log tab in Common Outcome Plan

  1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Contact Log tab from the Navigation Bar
  2. Select the toggle to the left of the Contact Log to expand it


Method Two: View Multiple Contact Logs in Common Outcome Plan


Anchor Point: Contact Log tab in Common Outcome Plan

  1. From the individual / family Common Outcome Plan Page, select the Contact Log tab from the Navigation Bar
  2. Select the Contact Logs you wish to expand
  3. Select Preview Select Contacts


  4. The system will present all select Contact Logs so the narratives can be read

Notes:

  • Print Log does not function due to a defect (to print see ‘Contact Log-Print’ User Guide)


Method Three: View Contact Logs in CCISD Case

Anchor Point: Contact Log tab in CCISD Case

  1. From the individual / family CCISD Case Page, select the Contact Log tab from the Navigation Bar


  2. Follow same instruction as per Methods One and Two in this document
